even though he was not charged for it its been so publicized that he will always be connected to this case because every one thinks he did it
With any luck he will get sent to Lompoc in California. Those guys don't take kindly to child molestors or those who are into kiddie porn. If he is sick enough to confess to a crime that he didn't commit then chances are it is something that he wishes he had the chance to do at some point in time.
I'm not a law expert, but he should be charged with a lot of things. He is a known pedophile, with or without the JonBenet case.
